Hi Neil , that's nice , love to see those early US coppers . :dontknow: two 1796's dug up in your area of WJ this week :icon_scratch: hmmm ,, ironic

it may have had something to do with that earthquake near you this mourning .. :o maybe the quake will bring them closer to the surface but it sounds like your doing just fine without nature intervening thanks to the new detector

I was one of the few that actually felt the tremor.

The T2 has been good to me so far...but it's not as good at ID of targets, so I do spend more time digging junk as well. The one area it excels is small, deep targets. The Two 1/2 reales I posted over the last month were both more than 8 inches deep and sounded clearly and cuff buttons at 10 inches??? Unheard of with most detectors in this soil!
