1798 Large cent with counterstamp

Found this today and it has an interesting counterstamp on it. Wondering if anyone knows anything about it. Thanks Chris

I got two counterstamped GEO III's on one hunt, none before, or since.

Interesting stamp , make me wonder if a cross hairs mark is a first here , imo , better than one without a mark , also
getting close to getting a rare 1799 DB is exciting .....
