1810 and i dont think I'll ever do better!

A year ago I hunted a small local park and dug up my first large cent that turned out to be an 1801 triple error. Still a rookie at that time with my At pro. I returned to that park and decide to hunt right next to the fence listening to constant interference from those pesky links. Dug up three old fen post caps before I got my forth 90 tone and placed the digger in the dirt expecting no more than another post cap. What was in that plug will forever be burned into my mind. Take a look ..... IMG_20150516_234456_336.webpIMG_20150515_155453_936.webpIMG_20150518_082631_494.webp

Very Awesome Find....I wouldnt be able to let that go after I dug it....Hell, I slept with my first Walker in my pocket for a month..lol

Congrats on such a great find, I am truly jelly of anyone who can find a half that is that old.

Oh, what rush it must have been to uncover that beauty. You've found a great site to hunt, hope you find more.

Super Sweet find!!

Don't believe I'll ever have the pleasure of digging one of those. Dream find for sure!!

Killer find. Makes you wonder how many people swung right over it.

Awesome dig. Bet that made your day. :headbang:

Hell yes my friend. That is a killer coin

Beauty silver...and I bet you top it before you know it!

Glad you added those other pictures. I am not sure when I saw one dug on here last. Neat old silver. My first half was dug with an AT Pro the same exact way, up against a fence. It was a 1943 Walking Liberty half.

Amazing find!!! Huge congrats ;-)

Very nice coin . Congratulations .... its going to take some doing to top that one

Freakin' beautiful.
