1819 one room schoolhouse

Hello all.....Found myself a new spot after "the abandoned house mother lode".....know this guy who caretakes this property for a couple that live in NYC....asked him if he could get me permission to detect, he called them and they said yes......This is a 19 acre estate and pictured is a one room schoolhouse on the property and the barn....(wait until you all see the house (1826).....whew!....1 million+).....found this very worn Standing Lib at 2 inches and this very cool dog tag....any thoughts about the tag?.....this place will be a month project for sure.....I only had 45 minutes tonight and got these right in front of the school.....hope to send many more pics in the coming days!!

I hate to be a stick in the mud, but I can almost guarantee that you will find other people have searched your spot now that you have given so much info on the location. I've heard some pretty crappy stories of people showing up and a bunch of others have dug up the place.

Bergie, If anyone here is ballsy enough to 1) read my post, 2) find the place and 3) detect at a million dollar estate without permission then I will be the first one snap my detector over my knee, sit by the road with a beer and watch that person dig until their heart is content.....maybe it's just me (or you) but I don't ever feel or think that way when sharing good news with friends.....
