I had a fun but very long day Saturday. I rode to Fuquay Varina Saturday to help my buddy Chris get a car, since we were close to Granville we decided to go detecting the second half of the day. We did pretty good for 4 hours. My best find was an 1820 Matron Head large cent. I also found an 1882 Indian & a few other neat relics. Chris found an 1838 LC, 1860 Fatty Indian Head, a flying eagle cent & 3 nice arrowheads! We hunted until dark & I finally made it back to Charlotte around 1am. Glad we were able to save some history after taking care of business!
