Who is this "one person" that has deciphered the fictional beale codes?

Actually, there exist an entire looooong list of such failed and false claims, no doubt others are in the making. They all seem to follow the same routine, the announcement, then months and years trying to convince people and to gain an audience, all the while making additional claims that all the doubters are wrong and that "another big announcement" is right around the corner, and then a slow fading away to never be heard from again. The first clue that something is badly wrong with the tale is that same old, "everyone is dead" angle which is so classic in tales of lost treasure. I mean, can you imagine 30 men risking life and limb to gather a fortune only to carry it clear back across a continent just to hide it away again and leave it somewhere......lol Yet people continue to buy into these completely unsupported tales, up to an including the complete manufacturing of remedy and solution without one shred of evidence that "any portion of the tale" is even true. Go figure......

Read the locked thread in this Beale Forum. If you don't know who that guy is, you don't know squat. Can you prove the ciphers are fiction?

Here's a cipher for you, 13, 28, 99, 67, 45, 44, 103, 11, 2, 54, 29, 77, 86, 69, 23, 14, 33, 80, 104, 11, 14, 22, 55........it's isn't fiction, it exist, I just created it. However, it has no solution either.......
