1853 half dime, shield nickels, 2 center and wheats!

Walked my butt off today searching for a new site and was about to give up when I hit the iron patch, this was a small homestead and gave up some good finds. At first I thought I had a belt plat turned out to be a I don't know!! Looks like it has initials J.T or a D. Anyone have any idea of what it is I'd appreciate your input. 2 center and shields are pretty rough. The 53 half dime is a New Orleans minted with arrows. Thanks for looking

Nice old finds. The plate has what I think is a nail hole. It could be an identity plate that was nailed on a trunk or other piece of furniture. They keyhole and other hardware could be from the same piece.
