Have not had time to take pics of some of my finds from back in December just before the ground froze. Pulled this one out, still trying to remember exactly where I dug it lol ! Pretty good shape considering.

Hello lisfisher I found a Large Cent last week It is my first coin find ever .Your prize is in better condition than mine .I have not been able to make out the date. But I think based on the image I have a Matron Head Large Cent .Thanks for showing me your version .I am still trying to determine if I will be able to find a date on the one I found or not . CONGRATS

Very nice. I think that's the last year they were made. I have an 1855 but it is nowhere near as nice as that one
