1828 1/2 Mexican Real(Date Corrected)

A first for me. VERY worn and obviously I scratched it... about 5 " deep in a small front yard of a little OLD general store owner's home.. the pix are of mine and then what I found online to ID it...also thanks to those in the "What Is It" forum who chimed in and helped!

I just changed the date in the title.. Mackeydon has been helping me get more info on this coin, and based on the assayer's initials of "MR" it has to be 1828 as opposed to the 1858 I had thought.. the date is so worn and the reference pic I found was dated incorrectly evidently...this thing is so worn that is is very difficult to figure out.. plus the legend should be below the cap on the front but mine is kinda off tothe side of it.. cant figure out if it is an error or counterfeit....
