1863 south carolina currency ( need help )

hi everyone, i need help on this one. i have searched for days trying to get a true value
on this full sheet of lower dinominations . i have found singles, but nothing on a full sheet.
any info would be great. this was found inside a wall in conn. during a upgrade.
