1899 brass military dog tag

I dug this tag in an old churchyard last week.I placed it on a quarter for reference.It reads on one side"ARTHUR DURHAM-CO.F 41.U.S.V.-FLINDWELL.TENN." and on the reverse"ENLISTED AT-FAYETTEVILLE-ENN.SEPT.26,-1899.DBULL
