✅ SOLVED 1900s house

Anybody have any idea what this may be? It was in the wooden container in the picture. It is about 2 1/2 inches long and about 5/8 inch in diameter. It was at a house built in 1905.

Can you post a picture of the top end, is it open, does it have threads inside or is it closed on the end opposite of the pointed end.Also where was this found in a drawer, a wall, the ground, the barn,or in a sewing machine cabinet or cupboard, a little more info may help to stir some ideas as to what it is.

I would have been all excited having a metal item inside a wdn cntr. The sewing thing is neat but I wish it would have been a large roll of Gold coins for ya. Nice find none the less.
