1903 and 1906!

I've been swamped with work the last few days, but was able to sneak out today for an hour. My mind wasn't in the 'zone' like I usually like to be when I'm swinging the coil, but I was able to pull out a couple of keepers.

1903 Indian Head
1906 V-Nickel



The Indian Head was pressed up against a old curb and saw some abuse over the years being next to the curb and some rocks. The V-Nickel (another site all together) came out in nice shape. I'd say this is the best V-Nickel I've been able to recover this year. You can even read the 'Liberty'.

Some nice finds for a quick hunt.The IH looks a little worse for wear but that V nickel is sharply detailed and not too badly ground damaged.
