Hey all, I posted this on Todays Finds but thought I would also post it here since it was found in Illinois. My wife found this rare half on a recent P.A.T.H. Club (Peoria Area Treasure Hunters Club) group hunt. A lot of silver was found over the 3 day hunt including 4 half dollars. My silver amounted to a sterling treble clef ring and a 1944 nickel. Now she keeps telling me how her Whites DFX ran circles around my E-Trac. I may never live this down.

She did very well, super find

Sweet find :icon_thumright: Sorry you have to listen to your sweetheart gloat about it. You'll be finding your silver dollar soon and have something to get top spot again.

Great finds! Your wife, and the half!!!

What a sweet key date coin....

Sweet digs. Congrats to your wife. That's cool that both of you share the hobby. Now get out there and show her what the Etrac is really made of. Hehe!

Very cool! Very nice coin ya got there! Glad to see another 'peorian' around here! Now get out there and show her the etrac is king!

Wow!

Not too worry, you can fix it all by taking care of the battery charging responsibilities for the next couple hunts.....
