From what I can tell, this is one of the rarest key dates for Canadian pennies. It also has a beautiful greenish blue patina on it (nearly perfect). Still some dirt on it that didn't come easily but i don't want to mess with it.

I can look up the grading of the coin but i'm pretty clueless as to how the toning affects the value. Since this one is pretty nice, I would think the toning might add to value although I still would expect it to be less value than a mint coin... right? lol

It would probably grade fine to very fine with environmental damage. To the right buyer, it might be worth $15-25.

Hmmm... kinda disappointing lol (just like every other time i looked up the value of a rare find lol).

I see "rusty" junky looking copies of this coin selling for like $50 i definitely thought this was much nicer condition.

Can anyone tell me what the green does to the value? Does that really cause the value to go down as "environmental damage"?
