Hey all, I went out last night to an old campground and I found 3 coins, all nickels. A 1942-S, 1947, 1948. I'm just curious why the war nickel would read the same as an every other nickel. It's what 35% silver and 56% copper? It came up a solid 56 on my Omega8K just like a regular nickel does...anybody know why?
