1960's snowboard, worth more than I imagined.

Bought this several years ago for $9 at a Unique Thrift. It's been just laying around. Tried researching it but couldn't find much. Decided to list on Ebay. In less than 2 days it has 23 bids from 5 bidders and is up to $320. A lot more than I expected for sure. Wonder where it will end.

Yeah, I thought boarding started in the early 70's. Amazing what those stores have for sale sometimes.

This is a variation of the Snurfer which came out around 1967. Forerunner of the modern day snowboard. More of a backyard kind of thing.
