1965 Quarter. Die Marks???

hope the pic downloaded. Just some marks on this quarter Im questioning. There is a ring "stamped" just inside the outer rim. follows the rim perfectly. also looks like silver coating is missing from 2 spots. Any help would be appreciated.

It is just damaged, most likely from a coin rolling machine.

Yepper, that's it. At some time that coin was on the end of a roll. When it was crimped the coin was damaged.
