1967 U.S Quarter no mint mark are there errors or just beat up worn out

Not having a mint mark is not an error. The Philadelphia mint usually doesn't have a mint mark. They starting putting the "P" mint mark on pennies in 2017, but before that, no mint mark just meant "Philadelphia".

Thank You I know no mint mark is common. Maybe clad layer the color brown ?

Likely been in the ground for several years. I’ve seen worse. A long (several weeks) soak in acetone may take most of the tarnish away. The coin will still be all beat up.
