1971 Kennedy Half Dollars Question

I recently got 100$ in half rolls. I got a whole lot of 1971's and heard that some may actually contain Silver. How would i be able to tell i they do or not?

EDIT: I also got a lot o the 1776 - 1976 200 years of Freedom coins. Are any certain kind worth anything?
Or was my 10 Rolls all a bust?

Oh well, guess i'll just drop them off at my bank and go get some more. They were all in brown hand rolled type roles. so my hopes were pretty high. It was the first bank i tried though

The '76 did have some that were 40% silver- they would have a "s" mint mark and would have the ping sound when flipped or dropped- but they are scarce and not found often in the wild
