Found this class ring at the fresh water lake. Put a big ole' smile on my face too. I hunt by grid, and felt like pulling everything. Worked like a charm.

If there are initials on the ring and you already have the year, check the LaMarque library for a yearbook from that year or find out if there is an alumni organization. Another venue to post would be on classmates.com If you post on a "lost or found" forum, I would withhold the "initials" info. Just the school name and year. If you get calls and people can identify the initials and possibly where it was lost, that would help authenticate the owner.

Cool ring! My daughter lives in Killeen TX and she divorced her husband some time back. She was so mad at thim that she threw her diamond wedding rings in the lake. I told her I was going to go out there and look for them.
