Not much for volume on this recent box but
I was happy at finding a 1976s in the bunch.

I assume the 76s is a 40%...is this correct?

sorry for the poor pic...had to use my phone this time.
Either way the rest are all 40%.

yesterday i found what i thought to be another 40% 76s but when i looked at the mintmark
it read 76d . i has the silver color and edges everwhere on it no doubt. its not as shiny as a proof so it could be
plated i guess. what do you think. no chance of an error?

I'd say Pat and his spray can got a hold of them. Toss back into the wild and try again.

sometimes I see some of the 70's coins that look like silver, have more of the top material overlapping the copper center. Sometimes I can't even see the copper on one side. maybe this can happen to the whole coin.

Coolpix, I'm confused. With the info you listed, are some proofs ("s") silver, and some aren't The 4 with no mintmarks, are they proof too? How can I tell? I've seen lots of bicentennials with no mintmark. And I've never seen 1975-1976 on the reverse of any of them.
