1989 p quarter possible mint mark on back

I have a 1969 P quarter and while examining it it looks like there's a letter D inside the leaf below the eagle. Could it be possible mint mark error. If so is it valuable.

Sorry, but it's not. Here's a question to ask yourself. Is it the same size of a normal mint mark? There's no way anyone would make that mistake. Besides, I don't believe they were punched on the 89's.

just a scratch - IMO
