1994 world cup half dollar

Just started going through my two $500 bags of havles. Within the first 250, I found a 1994 world cup half dollar similar to the bottom coin on the below page. Unfortunately it is not a proof, but is in very good condition to my eye.

So is it the clad one?
If you have no use for keeping it, I would love to have it(buy it). I ref soccer and would love to have that as my flip coin!
