1997-P washington rim CUD

found in a roll today. the reverse rim from 8:45- to 9:15 has a raised lump that is 0.012 inches thicker than the rest of rim. the coin is normal other than this. all opinions welcome. will PM Enamel & Huntsman since they appear to be most informed. UPDATE: cuds-on-coins.com has a few photos showing nearly identical examples over various years. my 1ST quarter CUD

I believe it is a type of cud created by a broken Collar.
