1999 Roosevelt dime clipped planchet?

Not sure, but this looks legit to me. I bought $100 in dimes a couple of days ago and managed one silver (1957). Just started checking for errors tonight and spotted this clipped planchet. If this isn't one, I give up! Let me know what you think. Not great pics, but it's the best I can do tonight.

True, I have found 37 silver dimes, including 3 Mercs. I also found a die break that I sold for $56.00. Guess it's not a waste of time...
