Well folks, I finally did it!
I hit my first gold. Not once, but twice!
Both items were found at a flea market I occasionally hunt.
The first, that big nice 10k gold ring was found about 2" deep. I don't know if the stone is real or not, but the ring itself looks a bit old, so I hope the stone is the real deal (fingers crossed). It needs to be cleaned. Once I do, I'll try to post a better picture. I'm having a few camera issues right now.
The second item is a small 10k gold Xerox service pin. That was found in a sandy area just under a big oak tree. Gotta love those big trees!
That big broach is costume jewlery I believe, but a good cleanup will tell me for sure.
I also hit a nice .925 silver bracelet.
Man, when it rains it pours!
