1st hunt of the year (snow is almost gone)

got out for an hour or so today , found some thawed out ground, foud a 1957 rosie, 41 nickel a little cald and a few wheaties , good to be out again

Way to go, Dave. Glad you finally made it out. Congrats on the silver! I, too, made it out for the first time this weekend. Our snow is mostly gone, and the ground is generally thawed here, although it is pretty muddy. I got my first silver of the year, along with a couple of wheaties and a cool ring.
