1st silver with e-trac,weird military button

Got a war nickel today,1906 indian head cent,president token,1 wheat,some clad,a costume jewelry part.And a strange military like button.Anchor on top is shaped like a cross with a x on top.Proubly not military but looks like one.Also got a cheap locket.Any help on button would be appreciated.
