I cut from work a little early yesterday and was able to get in a little hunting. I found these 2 Indian Heads within the 1st 30 minutes. They are dated 1880 and 1886. Im leaving a little early today too and heading down to Charleston...I'll keep my detector in the trunk just in case. Thanks for looking.

? ? Thats always nice to just Blow off a half ?a days work to go out detecting...I will take that anyday and to find a couple of 1800 coins is a Bonus !! ? Now going to Charleston is an extra treat ,I have been there and it is an excellent town if you like History...Just keep you eye open and look for some construction sites that may give you permission to hunt.....Nice job...Seeker

I'm going to visit the Hunley and go out to the old fort...I hope I get some time to detect. Its only a 3 to 3 1/2 hours drive for me which is nice so if not this time then definately next for detecting. Thanks again for looking.

Great finds Daniel. I'm still looking for those Indians' brothers. Congrats & HH.

Nice finds Daniel! I love Indian Heads! Those, Merc and Walking Liberty Halves are about the nicest looking coins ever minted in the US. Great job, and good luck hunting Charleston! HH!

You're always finding great coins, Daniel. Thanks for keeping us Northeners stoked through the winter! ;)

Daniel- indian head pennies are one of my favorite coins........I think they are sometimes hard to find and where there are a couple there are often times many many more......we have a treasure club here in town and a couple members pulled over 100 from an area smaller than an ice rink.............some were the fat ones.....aloha johny mc.

Nice, Daniel I love to find indians.
