2.5 more Inches to break the Snowiest January Record

22 of the 28 days so far in January we have had snowfall. We need 2.5 more inches to set a new January record for total snowfall. 42.8" is the current record set in 1978 (the year of the famous blizzard).

Today I shoveled 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. :P Had to take a nap inbetween. 8)

Hello, Mirage, it looks like you might have a little more snow than we do. I have been shoveling mine out every morning
just about, and sometimes also in the afternoon. I have a wide drive with a turn-around so we can back the car out of the garage and into that turn-around and head out to the road. I've got a good size snow blower, but since I'm retired and have the time, I'd rather shovel. With all this snow ,it's about all you can do outside. Enjoy being outside anyway. It's
been so cold this year that it is light and dry.

Nice pics. Thanks for sharing. It's nice to see conditions elsewhere around the country.
