2 coins, double die, or machine doubling?

I dont know how to tell the difference... please help

I think the 1993D is a double die but I'm a novice. Just taking a stab at it. The pic of the reverse side cent is blown out and kind of blurry right where I think you could see the doubling best.

Actually it appears to be more of a plating issue. See how it's pushed south of the letters? Still, no added value.
