2 DAYS 1 FIELD!!! Ohio Surface Hunt. 3/15 - 3/16

Two days in one field. About 6-7 hours walked with Shane and Kevin. My first find is a winged bannerstone preform!!!

I have noticed that alot of people on here post arrowhead finds - do metal detectors find them or are you just digging around and happen upon them?

You're in the Native American artifact forum. There is forums for metal detecting. That could explain the amount of Native American artifacts you see here.

Super finds Trevmma. Almost all no till down here. But I did find some the other day with the dowsing rod. I'll try to post them later. I probably would have walked right past that bannerstone. Thanks for the pictures!

Thanks guys, I'm glad I got a walk in. I tore some muscle got a hernia and pinched nerves all doing a warm up light deadlift,lol. Thought I was going to die, lol so much pain when it happened. Like someone just held a tazer on my groin area and just held it there, can say much about going back out cause I'm hurting again now, but will try 1 time a week for u guys, thanks for looking

U guys can tell its a banner right, I clled Gorget out cause it was the anniversery of finding my Gorget, and within 10 sec in field I found this lol. I knew it was a banner

Kinda thin to be a Banner I believe but it is made from the type of stone they made banners from. Maybe that is why it wasnt finished. Still a good find. You 2 did real good on the hunt. Thanks for the video it was a good watch.

Way to go. I love seeing the preforms as they tell how it was made. Is that the same field where you found the last one? It could have been a factory site !!! ,hahaha Great video. You need a hover round. That is dedication. Nothing worse than pulling that muscle . Glad to see you back and finding killer stuff.
