2 Old Bridges! PA. & N.H.

Re: 2 Old Bridges! PA. & N.H.

Joe,
You're giving away one of my not-to-well-kept secrets. Your No. 1 was very good to me in the past. There are little picnic and play areas on both sides of the creek at Frankford Ave. There was also a swimming area there in the past. But the Fairmount Park Rangers may chase you out of there now. My count on silver pieces from that area is 55, including 4 Walkers, a Franklin, 12 Washington Quarters, 12 mercs, 25 Roosies and one 1957 Canadian 10 cent piece. Also found a few Indian Head and wheat pennies. Nothing that dates back to the date of the bridge though.
