I got to the beach yesterday morning at about 5:15am. I planned on staying until 7:30am. I searched the wet sand for quite a while and was just finding junk and very few coins. I knew I was getting close to the time I had to leave and I still hadn't found anything good. I checked the time on my cell phone and it was 7:19. So I said to myself "I've got to find something good." The very next target was a ladies 14k white gold diamond cluster ring. At first I thought it was silver, but when I got to the car I saw the 14k marking. I was quite happy. It was my first gold and diamonds. It's also stamped "LJ" which I believe is a makers mark. I'm not sure who that is. Right after I found that ring I figured I would search that area more. I've noticed that like weight and shaped items sometimes get deposited by the surf in the same area. Well, 2 targets later (about 5 feet away) out pops the men's silver wedding band. I've been to the beach many times, but this was the best day I've had yet. HH
