the pendant looks to have a Celtic trinity knot in the center. The 3 circles on the outers,,,,,,,,do they look like they could have held stones?

I showed the picture to a nieghbor of mine. She and her husband own a shop and sell all kinds of herbs, candles, crystals, and other things like that. She says that it is a Wican symbol for good luck and unity.
