2002- 2011 JFK halves?

Has anyone seen any of those years when searching? Are they worth something numismatically? Just a question i've been having. I know that they were only released in uncirculated rolls to collectors, but i've seen a few pop up when searching.

They do have value. A quantity of 2000 NIFCs is worth almost $1000.

I'm rolling up and cashing in mine today, got a few hundred, dumping them for face. I don't see them really being worth much more then face in my lifetime. Going to throw the money from cashing them in, into the CRHing fund.

Yep better to make that money work for you. I keep a few of the really nice ones which may have value at one point. Don't forget all this CRH of halves means the shiny halves we see now will eventually be worn and nice coins will go for a premium. May take a decade or two.

I save em, depending on condition, usually they are in great shape. I put em in a holder that cost a nickel apiece, sell em in my yard sales for a buck. Double my money.

I found a 2007 just yesterday. I have found rolls of NIFCs. I dumped all but what I needed for my Dansco.

At first I saved them all, but then I was finding so many that it was tying up a big chunck of money, so I tossed them all back. Seems like every box has at least a couple, and I don't see them ever being worth much in circulated condition.

I agree, circulated condition probably won't be worth very much, and I don't want to tie up my money. If I had unopened rolls, that would be a different story.

even if you had unopened mint rolls, theres not a huge premium, there just aren't that many collectors doing kennedy sets. That and theres already scores of them on fleabay everyday
