2007 Dime error?

Hey all pictures should explain. I know this is definately from the mint this way. Let me know what you think and possible value.

It looks like it could be a little die chip, hard to say from the picture. There would be no added value, this is not unusual as dies wear.

Ok it is a little piece of metal over the eye. It makes him look sad or like a clown. This coin also has sort of an etching on the reverse and obverse. I didnt show those pics because you really cant see it but I believe the first pic shows some in front of his mouth and a little on the neck. Woul that be consistant with a die crack if it shows this on bothsides. I know its hard to say without clear pics so just knowledge might due.
