2011 dimes

the vast majority of banks in my area only have new (2011) dime boxes (where all the dimes are brand new). For those of you that have been at this for a while, is this something that typically switches to boxed circulated dimes as the years progresses, or is it more bank specific?

I've been getting a few and they don't seem to be bank-specific.
My theory is that you just have to tough it out and wait until the glut thins out.
Next year it will happen again, and so on, until you go blind from the glare.

It's gettin tougher and the tough get fewer.

Yes, I get them too.. Got 4 boxes of dimes, and 3 of them were "solid" boxes of 2011-D's..

I got 3 rosies out of the first box.
Then, I decided to search the 3 solid boxes anyway, and found a 1963 rosie..

So still averaged 1 per box.. Not bad I guess, but not like I have gotten before..

Wasn't there a new story recently that read something along the lines of the fed was going to begin using companies like brinks to distribute and circulate new coinage?

Yeah, that's the same weird thing I found.
I opened a roll that was 95% 2011 and right there among them was a '64.
