2011 Illinois Silver Tally

Ok, I've been super busy, Found out May 7th I have a 12 year old son! Long Story, but to answer any questions, His mom and I were together when she became pregnant and we had split up shortly after we found out.She was about two months pregnant at the time, and She moved away shortly after the breakup. I had been told she had lost the baby(obviously not the case! LOL) Anyway, Aaron and I have been spending alot of time together, and I haven't been doing as much detecting as i had been. He's a great kid, Looks just like I did at his age (poor kid LOL!!) his name is Aaron and him and I have been trying to make up for lost time.

Now, back to the tally. on May 25th I went out for about half an hour before the big storm hit and I found a nice 1943s Mercury dime, then on may 28th I went back to an old local school site and scored a 1946 Rosie. That put me at 129 Silvers for the year. Then over this past weekend I went on a two and a half day treasure hunting mini vacation with Goldinwater to hit some of his water hunting spots and I scored three more gold rings, and seven silver coins ffrom the water. they are as follows: a 1948,1950d, and 1946 Washington Quarters, a 1953d Ben Franklin Half dollar(my first Ben ever) a 1941 Merc, 1957d Rosie, and a 1960d Rosie

my silver coin total for the year to date is now 136 Silver coins and Five pieces of gold.

Me and Tommy Boy got into Davey Jones Locker again got 26 silver and 4 pieces of gold plus other silver items. This makes me a total of 147 for silver and 25 for the gold

Me and Goldinwater Got Wet and wild under the sea LOL!! and we Scored some serious treasure(he got a little more than me! LOL)

I scored 20 Silver coins and one 14k gold ring. I'm now at 156 Silvers for the year, and six gold rings.

Saw some construction going on this afternoon asked for permission to check out the diggins and found a 1919d mercury dime. I'm now at 157 silvers for the year to date. I'm also at 6 gold rings for the year. (I know I already posted that, but I'm trying to make it a little easier on you for when you update)
