The last time we met, his maneater engulfed my entire hand which I extended to her in bone fide friendship, fortunately she didn't chomp down, just a friendly warning that she wasn't any ole sheep..They must have some weird customs in Dakota land.

I hope so .

yep....not bad,,we'll have to go again next year

Dave, I got home at 8:30 Saturday night, then left to Tim Finnegan's to watch Carvin Jones play!!
I wonder how the talks went at the Don's Camp?

I didn't make it on friday night, but did on sat.....an hour or so before sundown.
Roy and Beth were there, as was Matthew Roberts, Joe and Caroline, Tom and Sharon K., Thomas Glover, Bob Schoose, Frank A., Salvador, Wayne and Trevor Tuttle, Randy W.,Rick Gwynne, Paul S., Roger N., and many others well known to the community. As always, a very interesting gathering of good folks with a wealth of knowledge of all things LDM and many other treasure legends.
As the saying goes....you ain't bin there till you bin there !!

Robert Kesselring gave a talk about his "hiking stick"/I-phone underground imaging system, and showed some of the graphical results obtained from Rick Gwynne's treasure site.
They both seemed to be pretty enthusiastic about it, and Bob Schoose and Mathew added some of their own stuff to the conversation/question period which followed Robert's talk.

Frank,

It was really good to see you at the Rendezvous. We did not stay for the speakers, but went up to the big Ramada for a few minutes. There looked to be around 80 to 100 people there, and some folks were still down in camp.

I will post the pictures we took later. We had a really good time.

Take care,

Joe
