So far it has been an amazing year in the coin world for me. I have found more than I ever imagined I would, and even some things I never thought could be a possibility. I recently started an internship in LA and want to go back to the East Coast very, very badly. I live in Vermont so the big city is not my cup of tea - that and there's nothing here but trash.

To keep me sane in this hell-hole I have decided to put together a compilation of my favorite finds from 2017 so far. Hope you enjoy!

Some of the more exciting coins are a 1726 French 1/10 Ecu or 12 Sols from the Caen mint, a 1796 Liberty Cap Large Cent, A 1787 Nova Eborac Copper Facing Right, a 1787 Vlack 19-87C Machin Mills counterfeit George III, a beautiful 1853 Trime, 3 Matron Head Large Cents, an 1825 Classic Head Half Cent, 7 or so Geroge Half Pennies and Pennies, and some other odds and ends.

Truly awesome coins! Put them on your computer and let it scroll as a screen saver. That may help while you do your internship.

Fantastic work Bitdrop! Congrats on the hard earned treasure -- looking forward to seeing more as you find them. :icon_thumright:

Awesome finds! I live in San Diego and I agree there is definitely a LOT of trash in Southern California, but I have been able to find some areas where I have not found much trash at all and a lot of amazing finds!
