I just opened this box and it appears to be solid 2019. Worth more to search it or sell the rolls or hold on to them? ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1558057300.923953.webp

Do you see any W's on the enders?

Any "W" enders? I'd open some and then sell the rest. I have a box coming tomorrow and that's what I'm going to do. They are HARD to find. Mintage will probably be 350 million quarters w 2 million "W" thrown in. So what's that...1 "W" for every 150 regular quarters?

Checked, no enders [emoji53]

Go another box of quarters sitting here, gonna open it and see if it’s the same.

Okay, 2 boxes like that now, but no enders in either.

They could all be regular issues. Whole rolls are in the $25 or so range on ebay. It's been frustrating. I did however find a Kansas quarter with the error "In God We Rust". Grease filled die. It's a $20 piece. I sold all my extras, about 10, and the rest I am having slabbed by PCGS. You're lucky to get a complete box.

I really want to open them (100 solid rolls sitting in front of my face), but I’m scared, lol

The value of the W's keeps dropping, so that alone would convince me to open them up. If you try to sell rolls, the price will drop more and more and then if you open them, it will be too late to sell the W's alone for much either.

Different when there is something with a fixed value, but look at how the First two W's have traded, and that will tell you what to expect.

IMHO.

I would open them hoping for at least 1 W. I am buying 5 from a guy who found 48 in one solid box of 2019 Lowell’s for $15 each.

At least the prices are stabilizing for now.

Don't expect to find a solid W roll, or even an ender. The W coins were to be inter-mixed within the regular commerce production output coins of the P&D, then bagged or boxed.
