Most likely a 2004. Its been skidded on the pavement a little for the damage so you probably have a nick thru the second zero.

Yea Cory you should turn off the flash for starters. Its a terrible photo. all we can be certain of from that pic is severe post mint damage.

I actually throw them away. I get more satisfaction tossing one in a lake or out into the grass than I do keeping them in my pocket.

Just turn off your flash and back up a little until its in focus. The dark background is good. Outside natural lighting on a cloudy day is best.
