Got a chance in the wee hours of the morning to be the first to MD a new demo in downtown Longbeach but only came up with four 40's wheat backs and a brass 20cent Euro which I thought was a $2.50 Gold piece when it first popped out of the ground because of its shiny luster intact and gold does not corrode. Talk about disappointment considering the fact that this demo site should be rich in artifacts.
Visited a school later in the day but there were five baseball games in progress making it difficult to concentrate by the curious folks so I packed it.
The last three pictures are from a Hollywood action film yet to be produced. I snapped a couple of pictures of the blown up bus, a hole in a trailer truck and the crater-size hole in a freeway wall which was pasted over the actual retaining wall. I wonder if this is Die Hard 4 or Speed 3... Hmmm..

But I know how it is when you are fixated on finding old or vaulable coins. For me it was a bad place to be, and I've decided to just enjoy being out more.
