Now that's a cool find! :occasion14:

Iowa Dale

That’s pretty awesome. I wonder if you stumbled upon a shoddy mill dump

Button hoard that's pretty cool. Makes a person wonder what, when, why, by who.

Now thats an unusual find....a LARGE button spill. Really cool! :icon_thumright:

Neat buttons ! Was this find somewhere in New England ? Not metal, but they are probably pretty old. It's still a treasure find anyway.

Nice finds, congratulations! :occasion14:

Did they tax on buttons there? They did clocks, watches and closets here? Odd but cool find. Good luck.

I am not sure, there were bricks and broken glass around the area. They were all in a 2 X 2 foot area. I believe there are many more. I will return soon.

Sounds like a good area to sift dirt.

What a unique multi find. I like it !

Looks like you might have found the area where they processed their cloth and rags before they used them as toilet paper? Everybody knows you need to remove the buttons, buckles and suspender clips before wiping yourself on a cold Michigan morning.

Cleaned these so far, this is less than half.
