hello all, i am thinking about buying a tesoro tiger sand shark for a backup detector, i saw one for $375. is this a good idea? thanks in advance . jbrown

The Tiger Shark is a decent detector. Depending on where you are buying it from I would be careful about a used underwater detector.

If a deal is to good to be true, it probably is. Even though Tesoro has a lifetime warranty, it doesn't apply to the second or more owners and still may need $$$ repair. Good Luck......
