3/4 groove axe piece found in yard!

Bought an old house next door to me to restore and I'm in the processes of cleaning up the yard that was home to a recycler, so far Im on my 2nd 30 yard dumpster. Noticed a rock sticking up out of the dirt and pulled out a section of what would have been a really nice 3/4 grooved axe! Wish it hadn't been broken.
