Is this a 3 cent token and how old do you think the button and buckle are? Thanks.

The buckle definitely looks Victorian an the button about the same time farm course I believe the shank style came out before the style of thread an that's definitely. A token but of what kind I have no idea near more pics anything on the other side

The buckle looks early 1900s to me but might just fall into the late 1800s
