Thought y’all might enjoy these photos which are the result of 30 years in the dirt. First off, my dug Seated Half Dollars:

Bottom left, an 1853 arrows and rays yard coin I dug back in 1993. Clockwise, an 1858-O dug in 2009 which I believe was cut in the 19th c. to make a gun sight out of the rim. A beautiful 1842-O dug in 2013. Far right an 1872 dug in 2014, and below, my second 1858-O, dug at a sugar mill site last year, which I haven’t cleaned yet via galvanic coupling. It’s still au naturel as dug and rinsed free of dirt.

Next, Seated Quarters:

Top row: an 1854 with arrows dug in Southern Indiana in 2010 which I left uncleaned, an 1847-O dug in 2013, an 1858-O (2015), an 1858-O (2017, also uncleaned), an 1876-S (2018), Second Row: an 1891 last year Seated eye popper dug in 2019, a worn 1875 dug in 2020, and an 1876-CC dug this year.
